The work El Caballo by José Paredes Jardiel was sold in the Christie's Interiors auction at Christies in London in January 2012. The result of GBP 1,000.00 (€ 1,206.93) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 1,000.00 – 1,500.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by José Paredes Jardiel - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work La cabra, which sold at auction in July 2011 for GBP 2,375.00 (€ 2,725.67).
Zuschlag beim unteren Schätzpreis
Die Arbeit El Caballo von José Paredes Jardiel wurde im Januar 2012 in der Auktion Christie's Interiors bei Christies in London versteigert. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von GBP 1.000,00 (€ 1.206,93) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 1.000,00 – 1.500,00. Für andere Arbeiten von José Paredes Jardiel mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit La cabra beobachtet, die im Juli 2011 für GBP 2.375,00 (€ 2.725,67) versteigert wurde.
