Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work La fiancée by José Herrerilla Cruz Herrera was sold in the Majorelle and his Contemporaries auction at Artcurial in Marrakech in December 2019. Here, the upper estimate of MAD 495,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for MAD 520,000.00 (€ 49,559.10). Admittedly, works by José Herrerilla Cruz Herrera have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Les Fiancés in June 2010 with an auction result of EUR 471,434.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit La fiancée von José Herrerilla Cruz Herrera wurde im Dezember 2019 in der Auktion Majorelle and his Contemporaries bei Artcurial in Marrakesch versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von MAD 495.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für MAD 520.000,00 (€ 49.559,10) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von José Herrerilla Cruz Herrera auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Les Fiancés im Juni 2010 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 471.434,00.
