In the Old Master Paintings and Portrait Miniatures auction, the work A Village Street Scene With Children Playing In The Foreground And Figures Drinking Outside An Inn sold for GBP 32,760.00 (€ 37,683.53) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 12,000.00. Admittedly, works by Joost Cornelis Droochsloot have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work The Princes Of Orange Leaving The Buitenhof And Passing The Western Side Of The Hofvijver In The Hague. in December 2013 with an auction result of GBP 242,500.00 (€ 291,689.89).

In der Auktion Old Master Paintings and Portrait Miniatures wurde die Arbeit A Village Street Scene With Children Playing In The Foreground And Figures Drinking Outside An Inn für GBP 32.760,00 (€ 37.683,53) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 12.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Joost Cornelis Droochsloot auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit The Princes Of Orange Leaving The Buitenhof And Passing The Western Side Of The Hofvijver In The Hague. im Dezember 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 242.500,00 (€ 291.689,89).
