In October 2021 Bukowski in Stockholm held the auction Olle Emanuelsson Collection H063, which included this untitled work by Jonathan Lasker. The »bidding war« ended at SEK 55,000.00 (€ 5,537.14), 38% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Jonathan Lasker achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The Discontinuous Self in July last year with an auction result of USD 138,600.00 (€ 135,855.71).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 38 % übertroffen
Im Oktober 2021 führte Bukowski in Stockholm die Auktion Olle Emanuelsson Collection H063 durch, in der auch diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Jonathan Lasker zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von SEK 55.000,00 (€ 5.537,14) und damit 38% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Jonathan Lasker erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit The Discontinuous Self im Juli letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 138.600,00 (€ 135.855,71).
