In July 2014 Christies in New York held the auction Forms in Color, which included the work Midnight Hours by John Zinsser. The »bidding war« ended at USD 2,750.00 (€ 2,053.77), 38% above the upper estimate. Other works by John Zinsser have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of EUR 3,096.00 in June 2020 for the work "Memory Transfer I".
