In the American Art auction, the work Snowy Ambush sold for USD 221,000.00 (€ 209,240.67) - well above the upper estimate of USD 100,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by John Philip Falter - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Young Sammy Sixgun, which sold at auction in November 2017 for USD 516,500.00 (€ 434,106.57).

Für andere Arbeiten von John Philip Falter mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Young Sammy Sixgun beobachtet, die im November 2017 für USD 516.500,00 (€ 434.106,57) versteigert wurde.
