Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Aber Eiddy, Pembrokeshire by John Nash was auctioned at Bonhams in London in December 2020. The price achieved of GBP 5,737.50 (€ 6,409.30) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 5,000.00 – 7,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by John Nash achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work A Window In Bucks in March 2021 with an auction result of GBP 375,000.00 (€ 440,528.40).
