Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In October 2003 Christies in Beverly Hills held the auction CALIFORNIA, WESTERN & AMERICAN PAINTINGS, which included the work A Suspicious Noise by John Hauser. Here, the upper estimate of USD 15,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 15,535.00 (€ 13,381.86). Other works by John Hauser have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of USD 17,625.00 (€ 18,894.73) in May 2000 for the work Near Laguna Pueblo.

Im Oktober 2003 führte Christies in Beverly Hills die Auktion CALIFORNIA, WESTERN & AMERICAN PAINTINGS durch, in der auch die Arbeit A Suspicious Noise von John Hauser zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 15.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 15.535,00 (€ 13.381,86) einen neuen Besitzer. Andere Arbeiten von John Hauser haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von USD 17.625,00 (€ 18.894,73) im Mai 2000 für die Arbeit Near Laguna Pueblo beobachtet.
