The price achieved of USD 93,750.00 (€ 72,182.01) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 80,000.00 – 120,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, British midsummer Night'S Fairies is the most expensive artwork by John George Naish that we have observed at auctions so far.
