Upper estimated price slightly exceeded

However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by John Frederick Loos - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work The ship Comet, which sold at auction in August 2017 for USD 3,750.00 (€ 3,157.10).

Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 1.402,50 (€ 1.565,66) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 17%.
