The auction ended at the price of GBP 1,500.00 (€ 1,688.50), which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of GBP 1,000.00 – 1,500.00. Admittedly, works by John Dearman have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work A view of Albury, Surrey in June 2000 with an auction result of GBP 7,050.00 (€ 11,175.12).

Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von GBP 1.500,00 (€ 1.688,50) entsprach exakt dem oberen Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 1.000,00 – 1.500,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von John Dearman auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit A view of Albury, Surrey im Juni 2000 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 7.050,00 (€ 11.175,12).
