The price achieved of GBP 956.00 (€ 1,414.89) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 800.00 – 1,200.00. Admittedly, works by John Anthony Puller have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work The Four Seasons in January 2012 with an auction result of USD 10,625.00 (€ 8,139.89).
