Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Johan Rohde could be acquired at Bruun Rasmussen in August this year for an unexpectedly low price. In the Paintings, furniture and varia auction, the work View from Giudecca changed hands for DKK 2,100.00 (€ 281.70) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of DKK 3,000.00 – 4,000.00. Admittedly, works by Johan Rohde have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work “Interiør med børn” in July this year with an auction result of DKK 17,000.00 (€ 2,280.04).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Johan Rohde konnte im August diesen Jahres bei Bruun Rasmussen für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Paintings, furniture and varia wechselte die Arbeit View from Giudecca für DKK 2.100,00 (€ 281,70) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von DKK 3.000,00 – 4.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Johan Rohde auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit “Interiør med børn” im Juli diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von DKK 17.000,00 (€ 2.280,04).
