Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Sans Titre by Joel Kermarrec was sold in the Contemporary Art 2 auction at Artcurial in Paris in October 2006. The price achieved of EUR 678.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 600.00 – 800.00. Admittedly, works by Joel Kermarrec have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Sans Titre in December 2007 with an auction result of EUR 6,000.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Sans Titre von Joel Kermarrec wurde im Oktober 2006 in der Auktion Contemporary Art 2 bei Artcurial in Paris versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 678,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 600,00 – 800,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Joel Kermarrec auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Sans Titre im Dezember 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 6.000,00.
