Auction result well in line with expectations
The work A Study Of A Woman Holding A Glass In Her Right Hand, Her Left Hand Outstretched by Job Adriaensz. Berckheyde was sold in the Old Master Drawings auction at Sothebys in New York in January 2017. The price achieved of USD 4,750.00 (€ 4,400.59) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Job Adriaensz. Berckheyde achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The interior of the St. Bavokerk, Haarlem, looking south-west towards the choir screen in April 2001 with an auction result of GBP 108,250.00 (€ 174,512.56).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit A Study Of A Woman Holding A Glass In Her Right Hand, Her Left Hand Outstretched von Job Adriaensz. Berckheyde erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit The interior of the St. Bavokerk, Haarlem, looking south-west towards the choir screen im April 2001 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 108.250,00 (€ 174.512,56).
