A top price for Joaquim Sunyer - as previously expected
The work Spanish mountains Near Sitges by Joaquim Sunyer was sold in the 20th Century Art – A Different Perspective auction at Sothebys in London in November 2018. The price achieved of GBP 81,250.00 (€ 91,647.53) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 70,000.00 – 100,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Spanish mountains Near Sitges is the most expensive artwork by Joaquim Sunyer that we have observed at auctions so far.
