Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Joakim Ojanen could be acquired at Phillips in 17 - in July this year for an unexpectedly low price. In the 20th Century & Contemporary Art: Online Auction auction, the work You make my knees shaking and I think I changed hands for USD 1,016.00 (€ 921.96) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of USD 2,000.00 – 3,000.00. Admittedly, works by Joakim Ojanen have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work "OMG!" in April 2019 with an auction result of SEK 75,000.00 (€ 7,044.01).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Joakim Ojanen konnte im Juli diesen Jahres bei Phillips in 17 - für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion 20th Century & Contemporary Art: Online Auction wechselte die Arbeit You make my knees shaking and I think I für USD 1.016,00 (€ 921,96) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 2.000,00 – 3.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Joakim Ojanen auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit "OMG!" im April 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 75.000,00 (€ 7.044,01).
