Auction result well in line with expectations
In October 2012 China Guardian in Hong Kong held the auction Chinese Painting and Calligraphy from the Four Seas, which included the work Eight-Character Couplet in Seal Script by Jin Liang. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of HKD 30,000.00 – 50,000.00, the actual price achieved of HKD 34,500.00 (€ 3,434.56) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Other works by Jin Liang have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in September 2019 the work House was auctioned for CNY 48,000.00 (€ 6,157.91).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Oktober 2012 führte China Guardian in Hong Kong die Auktion Chinese Painting and Calligraphy from the Four Seas durch, in der auch die Arbeit Eight-Character Couplet in Seal Script von Jin Liang zur Versteigerung kam. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von HKD 30.000,00 – 50.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von HKD 34.500,00 (€ 3.434,56) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Andere Arbeiten von Jin Liang konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im September 2019 die Arbeit House für CNY 48.000,00 (€ 6.157,91) versteigert.
