Auction result well in line with expectations
In December 2021 Bonhams in Los Angeles held the auction California and Western Art Online, which included the work Vineyard in Gold Country in Early Autumn (Gold Country, North of Sacramento near Placerville) by Jian Wang. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of USD 4,000.00 – 6,000.00, the actual price achieved of USD 4,080.00 (€ 3,604.88) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Other works by Jian Wang have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in April this year the work A Pass at the Golden Gate Park was auctioned for USD 5,100.00 (€ 4,619.57).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Dezember 2021 führte Bonhams in Los Angeles die Auktion California and Western Art Online durch, in der auch die Arbeit Vineyard in Gold Country in Early Autumn (Gold Country, North of Sacramento near Placerville) von Jian Wang zur Versteigerung kam. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von USD 4.000,00 – 6.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von USD 4.080,00 (€ 3.604,88) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen.
