The work Bodegón II by Jesús Urbieta was auctioned at Christies in New York in May 2006. Here, the upper estimate of USD 20,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 20,400.00 (€ 15,896.52). With this result, Bodegón II is even the most expensive work of art by Jesús Urbieta that we have observed at auctions so far.
