Auction result well in line with expectations
The work View of Dublin harbour by moonlight by Jerry Barrett was sold in the At Home-British and Continental Pictures and Works on Paper auction at Christies in London in October 2003. It changed hands for a price of GBP 329.00 (€ 480.53) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 250.00 – 350.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Jerry Barrett achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The Mission of Mercy: Florence Nightingale receiving the Wounded at Scutari in May 2012 with an auction result of GBP 82,850.00 (€ 103,227.45).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit View of Dublin harbour by moonlight von Jerry Barrett wurde im Oktober 2003 in der Auktion At Home-British and Continental Pictures and Works on Paper bei Christies in London versteigert.
