Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Jeremy Moon achieved an unexpectedly high price at Sothebys in London in June 2017. In the London to St. Ives auction, the work Untitled 4/73 sold for GBP 43,750.00 (€ 49,823.09) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 15,000.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Jeremy Moon; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Hawk sold at auction in January 2020 with the realized price of GBP 60,000.00 (€ 71,369.33).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Jeremy Moon erzielte im Juni 2017 bei Sothebys in London einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion London to St. Ives wurde die Arbeit Untitled 4/73 für GBP 43.750,00 (€ 49.823,09) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 15.000,00. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Jeremy Moon; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Hawk im Januar 2020 mit dem Hammerpreis von GBP 60.000,00 (€ 71.369,33).
