Auction result misses estimated price range
In December last year a collector was able to acquire the work The box car rally by Jenny Nyström for SEK 70,000.00 (€ 6,275.00). This price was achieved in the auction Important Winter Sale at Bukowski in Stockholm and was even below the estimate range of SEK 80,000.00 – 100,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Jenny Nyström achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work "Konvalescenten" (The Convalescent) in June 2015 with an auction result of SEK 800,000.00 (€ 86,426.39).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Dezember letzten Jahres konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit The box car rally von Jenny Nyström für SEK 70.000,00 (€ 6.275,00) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Important Winter Sale bei Bukowski in Stockholm erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 80.000,00 – 100.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Jenny Nyström erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit "Konvalescenten" (The Convalescent) im Juni 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 800.000,00 (€ 86.426,39).
