The work Mothers's Day by Jenny Nyström was auctioned at Bukowski in Stockholm in December last year. The result of SEK 40,000.00 (€ 3,585.72) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of SEK 40,000.00 – 50,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Jenny Nyström achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work "Konvalescenten" (The Convalescent) in June 2015 with an auction result of SEK 800,000.00 (€ 86,426.39).
Zuschlag beim unteren Schätzpreis
Die Arbeit Mothers's Day von Jenny Nyström kam im Dezember letzten Jahres bei Bukowski in Stockholm zur Auktion. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von SEK 40.000,00 (€ 3.585,72) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 40.000,00 – 50.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Jenny Nyström erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit "Konvalescenten" (The Convalescent) im Juni 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 800.000,00 (€ 86.426,39).
