In July 2011 Christies in London held the auction 20th Century British Art, which included the work Beachy Head: Gull over Chasm by Jeffrey Camp. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 5,000.00 (€ 5,738.25), 43% above the upper estimate. Other works by Jeffrey Camp have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of GBP 10,062.50 (€ 11,095.54) in September 2020 for the work Moonrise over Somerset House.
