Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Psycho-Objet Chaud by Jean-Pierre Raynaud was auctioned at Sothebys in Paris in March last year. The price achieved of EUR 11,340.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 10,000.00 – 15,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Jean-Pierre Raynaud achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Deux sens interdits sur fond blanc in May 2007 with an auction result of EUR 204,000.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Psycho-Objet Chaud von Jean-Pierre Raynaud kam im März letzten Jahres bei Sothebys in Paris zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 11.340,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 10.000,00 – 15.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Jean-Pierre Raynaud erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Deux sens interdits sur fond blanc im Mai 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 204.000,00.
