Auction result well in line with expectations
The work YOUNG MAN by Jean-Pierre Dantan was sold in the Tableaux Dessins Sculptures 1300-1900 auction at Sothebys in Paris in December 2020. The price achieved of EUR 4,410.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 3,500.00 – 5,000.00. Other works by Jean-Pierre Dantan have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in March 2017 the work Le Monde De La Musique was auctioned for EUR 6,500.00.

Die Arbeit YOUNG MAN von Jean-Pierre Dantan wurde im Dezember 2020 in der Auktion Tableaux Dessins Sculptures 1300-1900 bei Sothebys in Paris versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 4.410,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 3.500,00 – 5.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Jean-Pierre Dantan konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im März 2017 die Arbeit Le Monde De La Musique für EUR 6.500,00 versteigert.
