Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work La pensée - 1981 by Jean-Michel Folon was auctioned at Artcurial in February this year. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 1,500.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 1,706.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Jean-Michel Folon achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Je Me Souviens - 2003 in June 2016 with an auction result of EUR 182,800.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit La pensée - 1981 von Jean-Michel Folon kam im Februar diesen Jahres bei Artcurial zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 1.500,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 1.706,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Jean-Michel Folon erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Je Me Souviens - 2003 im Juni 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 182.800,00.
