The price achieved of GBP 3,600.00 (€ 5,221.77) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Jean-Jacques Karpff achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work A Group Portrait Of The Countess Of Montmarie, With Her Mother And Daughter, Circa 1805 in July 2020 with an auction result of GBP 47,500.00 (€ 52,982.63).
