It achieved a price of USD 15,000.00 (€ 13,095.86), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 67%. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Jean Grandjean; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot View of Frascati, 1780 sold at auction in December 2006 with the realized price of GBP 15,600.00 (€ 23,152.35).

Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von USD 15.000,00 (€ 13.095,86) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 67%. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Jean Grandjean; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit View of Frascati, 1780 im Dezember 2006 mit dem Hammerpreis von GBP 15.600,00 (€ 23.152,35).
