It changed hands for a price of EUR 9,920.00 achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of EUR 8,000.00 – 10,000.00. Admittedly, works by Jean Gaston Mantel have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Fantasia, 1968 in December 2009 with an auction result of EUR 60,450.00.
