The work Recueil élémentaire d'architecture: Six Plates by Jean Francois De Neufforge was sold in the THE HOUSE SALE auction at Christies in New York in December 2002. The price achieved of USD 2,390.00 (€ 2,279.45) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 2,000.00 – 3,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Recueil élémentaire d'architecture: Six Plates is the most expensive artwork by Jean Francois De Neufforge that we have observed at auctions so far.
