However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Jean Discart - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work French l'Atelier De Poterie, Tanger, which sold at auction in April 2012 for GBP 325,250.00 (€ 398,910.07).

Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von USD 224.500,00 (€ 152.151,81) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 50%. Für andere Arbeiten von Jean Discart mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit French l'Atelier De Poterie, Tanger beobachtet, die im April 2012 für GBP 325.250,00 (€ 398.910,07) versteigert wurde.
