Auction result well in line with expectations
In June 2021 Artcurial in Paris held the auction Terracotta, which included the work Portrait De Voltaire À L'Antique by Jean-Baptiste Nini. The price achieved of EUR 1,170.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 1,000.00 – 1,500.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Jean-Baptiste Nini - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Marie-Antoinette, Reine De France, which sold at auction in September 2021 for EUR 3,900.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Juni 2021 führte Artcurial in Paris die Auktion Terracotta durch, in der auch die Arbeit Portrait De Voltaire À L'Antique von Jean-Baptiste Nini zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 1.170,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 1.000,00 – 1.500,00 angegeben worden. Für andere Arbeiten von Jean-Baptiste Nini mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Marie-Antoinette, Reine De France beobachtet, die im September 2021 für EUR 3.900,00 versteigert wurde.
