The price achieved of GBP 2,375.00 (€ 2,650.14) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 2,000.00 – 3,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Jean-Baptiste Huet achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Une Caravanne in January 2012 with an auction result of USD 590,500.00 (€ 452,386.42).
