Auction result well in line with expectations
In July 2021 Sothebys in Hong Kong held the auction Eclectic, which included the work Diane (Diana) by Alexandre Falguière. The price achieved of HKD 56,700.00 (€ 6,146.00) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 30,000.00 – 80,000.00. Admittedly, works by Alexandre Falguière have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Diana in July 2021 with an auction result of GBP 21,420.00 (€ 25,119.39).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Juli 2021 führte Sothebys in Hong Kong die Auktion Eclectic durch, in der auch die Arbeit Diane (Diana) von Alexandre Falguière zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 56.700,00 (€ 6.146,00) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 30.000,00 – 80.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Alexandre Falguière auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Diana im Juli 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 21.420,00 (€ 25.119,39).
