In October 2018 Artcurial in Paris held the auction 20th Century Art 1950 to present, which included the work Composition Plastique N°4 - 1964 by Jean Gorin. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 1,950.00 30% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Jean Gorin achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Rythmes Statiques Ou Composition N°25 - 1945 in June last year with an auction result of EUR 48,544.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um 30 % übertroffen
Im Oktober 2018 führte Artcurial in Paris die Auktion 20th Century Art 1950 to present durch, in der auch die Arbeit Composition Plastique N°4 - 1964 von Jean Gorin zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 1.950,00 und damit 30% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Jean Gorin erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Rythmes Statiques Ou Composition N°25 - 1945 im Juni letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 48.544,00.
