Auction result misses estimated price range
In November 2014 a collector was able to acquire the work Three Pigment Prints From Portfolio Iv, 1995 by Jaromír Funke for GBP 1,500.00 (€ 1,885.91). This price was achieved in the auction Czech Avant-Garde Art from the Roy and Mary Cullen Collection at Sothebys in London and was even below the estimate range of GBP 2,000.00 – 3,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Jaromír Funke achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Composition (From 'Abstraktnĺ Foto') in April 2011 with an auction result of USD 350,500.00 (€ 236,488.77).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im November 2014 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Three Pigment Prints From Portfolio Iv, 1995 von Jaromír Funke für GBP 1.500,00 (€ 1.885,91) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Czech Avant-Garde Art from the Roy and Mary Cullen Collection bei Sothebys in London erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 2.000,00 – 3.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Jaromír Funke erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Composition (From 'Abstraktnĺ Foto') im April 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 350.500,00 (€ 236.488,77).
