Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Jankel Adler achieved an unexpectedly high price at Bonhams in London in July 2021. In the British and European Art auction, the work without title sold for GBP 3,825.00 (€ 4,485.61) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 1,500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Jankel Adler achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The Artist in May 2013 with an auction result of USD 393,750.00 (€ 303,164.46).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Jankel Adler erzielte im Juli 2021 bei Bonhams in London einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion British and European Art wurde diese Arbeit ohne Titel für GBP 3.825,00 (€ 4.485,61) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 1.500,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Jankel Adler erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit The Artist im Mai 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 393.750,00 (€ 303.164,46).
