British-born photographer Janette Beckman began her career at the dawn of punk rock working for music magazines The Face and Melody Maker. She shot bands from The Clash to Boy George as well as three Police album covers. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Janette Beckman - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Run Dmc, 1984, Hollis, Queens (Silver Border).
