The price achieved of AUD 5,875.00 (€ 3,410.60) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as AUD 5,000.00 – 7,000.00. Other works by Janet Laurence have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in May 2005 the work Periodic Table Series was auctioned for AUD 7,170.00 (€ 4,407.44).
