Upper estimated price slightly exceeded

Here, the upper estimate of GBP 600.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 687.50 (€ 831.13). Admittedly, works by Jane-Simone Bussy have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Plums and Peaches in November 2003 with an auction result of GBP 4,182.50 (€ 6,004.04).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Mediterranean landscape von Jane-Simone Bussy kam im August 2010 bei Christies in London zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 600,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 687,50 (€ 831,13) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Jane-Simone Bussy auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Plums and Peaches im November 2003 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 4.182,50 (€ 6.004,04).
