In May this year VAN HAM held the auction One of a Kind. Drawings & Paintings | ONLINE ONLY, which included the work "Guessing". by James Rizzi. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 3,168.00 32% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by James Rizzi achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The King of New York in December 2020 with an auction result of EUR 52,063.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um 32 % übertroffen
Im Mai diesen Jahres führte VAN HAM die Auktion One of a Kind. Drawings & Paintings | ONLINE ONLY durch, in der auch die Arbeit "Guessing". von James Rizzi zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 3.168,00 und damit 32% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von James Rizzi erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit The King of New York im Dezember 2020 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 52.063,00.
