Auction result misses estimated price range
In January 2006 a collector was able to acquire the work A river landscape, afternoon by James Aumonier for GBP 120.00 (€ 175.88). This price was achieved in the auction British and Continental Pictures at Christies in London and was even below the estimate range of GBP 300.00 – 500.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by James Aumonier achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work British A Wide Pasture in March 2009 with an auction result of GBP 4,375.00 (€ 4,717.78).

Im Januar 2006 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit A river landscape, afternoon von James Aumonier für GBP 120,00 (€ 175,88) erwerben.
