Auction result well in line with expectations

The price achieved of USD 4,462.50 (€ 4,235.08) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by James A. Fetherolf - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Desert landscape, which sold at auction in April 2019 for USD 10,075.00 (€ 8,994.73).
