Auction result well in line with expectations
In November 2017 Sothebys in London held the auction 20th Century Art – A Different Perspective, which included the work Romanian la Femmoiselle by Jacques Hérold. The price achieved of GBP 17,500.00 (€ 19,865.10) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 15,000.00 – 20,000.00. Other works by Jacques Hérold have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in July 2005 the work Le Grand Transparent was auctioned for EUR 22,200.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im November 2017 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion 20th Century Art – A Different Perspective durch, in der auch die Arbeit Romanian la Femmoiselle von Jacques Hérold zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 17.500,00 (€ 19.865,10) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 15.000,00 – 20.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Jacques Hérold konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Juli 2005 die Arbeit Le Grand Transparent für EUR 22.200,00 versteigert.
