Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Nature Morte, 1939-1940 by Jacques Chapiro was sold in the Ecole de Paris 1905-1939 auction at Artcurial in March 2013. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 5,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 5,406.00. Admittedly, works by Jacques Chapiro have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Portrait of a young girl in March 2021 with an auction result of GBP 24,000.00 (€ 28,193.82).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Nature Morte, 1939-1940 von Jacques Chapiro wurde im März 2013 in der Auktion Ecole de Paris 1905-1939 bei Artcurial versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 5.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 5.406,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Jacques Chapiro auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Portrait of a young girl im März 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 24.000,00 (€ 28.193,82).
