In the Important Old Master Paintings and European Works of Art auction, the work A Young Woman In An Interior, Keeping Watch Over An Invalid: "The Little Nurse" sold for USD 408,000.00 (€ 313,894.45) - well above the upper estimate of USD 150,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Jacobus Vrel - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work A Cobbled Street In A Town With People Conversing, which sold at auction in July 2018 for GBP 838,000.00 (€ 939,582.27).

In der Auktion Important Old Master Paintings and European Works of Art wurde die Arbeit A Young Woman In An Interior, Keeping Watch Over An Invalid: "The Little Nurse" für USD 408.000,00 (€ 313.894,45) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von USD 150.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Jacobus Vrel mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit A Cobbled Street In A Town With People Conversing beobachtet, die im Juli 2018 für GBP 838.000,00 (€ 939.582,27) versteigert wurde.
