Auction result misses estimated price range
In July 2011 a collector was able to acquire the work A Landscape With A Couple In The Foreground by Jacob van der Ulft for GBP 1,063.00 (€ 1,219.95). This price was achieved in the auction Old Master and British Drawings Including Property from the Descendants of Walter Brandt at Sothebys in London and was even below the estimate range of GBP 3,000.00 – 5,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Jacob van der Ulft achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work View of Tivoli from the north in July 2014 with an auction result of GBP 50,000.00 (€ 63,065.72).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Juli 2011 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit A Landscape With A Couple In The Foreground von Jacob van der Ulft für GBP 1.063,00 (€ 1.219,95) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Old Master and British Drawings Including Property from the Descendants of Walter Brandt bei Sothebys in London erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 3.000,00 – 5.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Jacob van der Ulft erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit View of Tivoli from the north im Juli 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 50.000,00 (€ 63.065,72).
