Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Jacob Dahlgren could be acquired at Bukowski in Stockholm in June 2020 for an unexpectedly low price. In the Contemporary Art & Design auction, the work "Peinture abstrait numero cent vingt trois" changed hands for SEK 16,000.00 (€ 1,530.05) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of SEK 18,000.00 – 20,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Jacob Dahlgren - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work "Flipper VII"., which sold at auction in May 2010 for SEK 46,000.00 (€ 4,771.44).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Jacob Dahlgren konnte im Juni 2020 bei Bukowski in Stockholm für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Contemporary Art & Design wechselte die Arbeit "Peinture abstrait numero cent vingt trois" für SEK 16.000,00 (€ 1.530,05) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 18.000,00 – 20.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Jacob Dahlgren mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit "Flipper VII". beobachtet, die im Mai 2010 für SEK 46.000,00 (€ 4.771,44) versteigert wurde.
